Contact Uber – yes it’s possible

contact uberActually Uber does have a phone number and it’s: (415) 801-4068.

However dialing that number will just lead you to an answering machine with a really long message about what Uber does and how you can get the app.

At the end of the recording though, an answering machines asks you to leave a message with a tone…but I have no idea if anyone listens to these.

If you want to get in touch with Uber via email, we’ve assembled a list of official Partner email addresses, all in one place:uber requirements

Here are the moist common questions that might help before you go to that email

If you already have an Uber account, you’ll just need to link it to Messenger when you request for the first time. If you don’t have an Uber account, you’ll be able to create one and be all set to ride.

You’ll still receive your driver’s ETA, name, car make and model, and license plate number in your Messenger conversation. Just input your pickup and drop off locations, wait for your driver to arrive, and you can be on your way – it will still be the fast, seamless, and cashless experience you’re used to.

Using Uber Without a Cellphone

The Uber app is optimized for use on smartphones and available for download on iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, and BlackBerry.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can access your account and request a ride on our mobile website.

Please let us know here if you’d like to use to request rides. We’re happy to grant you access.

How do I request a Ride?

We automatically use GPS and Wi-Fi to set your pickup location. You may also enter an exact address or search for a venue name by tapping the pickup location bar. We also recommend entering your destination in the bar underneath the pickup address so your driver has it once you get in the vehicle.

Select from the available vehicle options by using the slider at the bottom of the map. Tapping on any of the icons will display rates for that option.

Once you’ve set your location and vehicle option, tap “Set Pickup Location” to request your ride.
